BSM to issue IDR200 billion Islamic subdebt

PT Bank Syariah Mandiri's alternative plan to adding capital besides capital injection by the parent company is to issue a subordinated sharia bond worth IDR200 billion at minimum.
Yuslam Fauzi, President Director of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), stated that subdebt will be released as PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, the parent company, does not meet all capital requirement along the year.

Indonesia 25-yr sukuk weighted avg yield at 10.22259 pct

Indonesia's finance ministry sold 1.15 trillion rupiah ($130.36 million) of 25-year sukuk.
The ministry received offers for more than four times that amount. The 25-year sukuk yield was slightly higher than the country's 20-year conventional bond.
Indonesia aims to issue global sukuk in the second half this year and is finishing regulations for the issue.
